Service Fee

$2.30 per month on all accounts (other than Junior and Youth accounts).

Transaction Fees

$2 per counter cash withdrawal

Electronic Fees (Within New Zealand)

80 cents per NZCU Central ATM's transaction (Seniors no charge)

60 cents per NZCU Central ATM's transaction (Youth Only)

$1.50 per Non-NZCU Central ATM transaction (Seniors no charge)

60 cents per Non-NZCU Central ATM transaction (Youth Only)

27 cents per transaction on EFTPOS 

16 cents per transaction on EFTPOS (Youth Only)

30 cents per transaction on EFTPOS (SME Only)

Electronic Fees (Outside New Zealand)

80 cents per transaction on EFTPOS 

$7.50 per transaction on ATM 

Automatic Payments In-branch

23 cents per transaction (External Only)

$4.00 per creation

$4.00 per alteration/suspension* (Seniors no charge)

*Completed through Internet Banking there is no charge

Direct Debits

$4.00 per creation

$15.00 per dishonour

23 cents per debit

Loans

$60 Personal loan approval up to $500

$100 Personal loan approval up to $2000

$200 Personal loan approval over $2000

Up to $500 Home Mortgage approval
